BEFORE YOU APPLY

From candidate to selected warrior.

Go to the application ↓

Apply as an individual

Every candidate applies individually. An application expresses interest and does not make the candidate a selected warrior. The initial form covers identity and contact, riding, archery, wrestling and other skills, motivation, travel and event availability, safety, and permissions. Follow-up questions depend on earlier answers.

What may be requested next

Shortlisted candidates may be asked for skill videos, evidence of competition achievements, horse and equipment details, a coach or sports-organization reference where needed, and further eligibility or safety information. These are later-stage requests, not all mandatory initial uploads.

Your application journey

Complete and submit your application. The organizing team will review your information and contact you about next steps or any additional information needed. Selected profiles are published only with permission. Aravt membership and noyon (Team Captain) selection are organized later.

Application statuses

The planned statuses are Draft, Submitted, Under review, Additional information requested, Shortlisted, Selected, Waitlisted, and Not selected.

Publication and private information

Data-processing permission and permission to publish a name, portrait, and profile are separate. A selected warrior’s public introduction may include a warrior name, portrait, country and flag, short biography, experience, achievements, personal motto, and introduction video. The planned profile includes four 1–10 skill scales. Private phone numbers, email addresses, full birth dates, identity documents, and sensitive information are not part of public profiles.
